Products Sold Directly by Best Bd Deal
Some items on our website are sold and delivered by our own trusted suppliers. For these products, we offer a clear and customer-friendly return system.
a. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:

- The item is defective or not working on arrival

- To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
b. Conditions
Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Include original box, accessories, and packaging
- Be in the same condition as delivered
Products that show signs of use or physical damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return.
c. Replacement or Refund

- Issue a refund to your preferred method
Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment provider.

For these items:

- Delivery
- Return
- Replacement
- Warranty
are handled entirely by the third-party website, not by Best Bd Deal.
We do not process returns or refunds for affiliate products. Customers must follow the return/refund policy of the marketplace from which they made the purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items without original packaging
- Wearable gadgets with hygiene concerns (e.g., used earbuds, used straps)
- Software, digital products, or rechargeable batteries once opened
How to Submit a Return Request
If your issue is related to a product sold directly by Best Bd Deal, simply contact us with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the problem
- Photos or videos showing the issue
Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once a product is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. You may then proceed through the normal return process (if eligible).
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product), we cover the return shipping cost.
If the customer changes their mind, the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
